Shipping policy

Online orders ship next business day.  Orders placed after 1 p.m. on regular business days will be shipped the next business day. Business shipping days are Monday to Friday not including Holidays.

Online orders can be picked up at the Calgary Store during regular business hours, Monday - Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-5. Closed Sundays and most Stat holidays. Please select store pickup at check out. 

In Store purchases (both virtually or in person) will be shipped similarly.

Please Note: The majority of orders will be sent by our trusted shipping partner DHL Express. DHL will provide you with the Brokerage Service required for the country you reside in.  If you live in the USA, you will need to pay Duty and Tax on order value as determined by the current U.S. Importation Tariffs. The De Minimus (the $0-$800 tariff free importation amount) was eliminated by the U.S. government on August 29, 2025.  If you live in another country, Duty and Tax may or may not be applicable.

Duties and Tax: Cross border purchases are subject to the duty and tax as determined by the country of import.  We are not able to quote or predict exact charges.  Shipping fees paid at check out do not include any Duty or Taxes that may be levied to the purchaser to the country of delivery outside of Canada. These will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. This all applies to all In Store & Online purchases.

All shipped orders not accepted by the customer prior to delivery are subject to a return and restocking fee of $150*. Any Duty and Tax, and return shipping fees charged back to Kate King Jewellery due to the refusal of the shipment will also be charged in addition to the restock fee prior to refunding any balance for the return of goods.  *This fee is not applicable to our regular return policy. 

Canadian shipping rates are calculated per the item and location. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the method of shipment available.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location and if there are options for the method of shipment. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Duties and tax may apply, which is collected from the customer directly by the country of import.

We are not able to guarantee delivery times due to US Customs and varying process times on goods.

International

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, UK and countries in the European Union.  Please inquire with us directly before booking a Vibrational Analysis if we are able to ship to your Country outside of this list.
