Duties and Tax: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duty and tax as determined by the country of import. 

The majority of orders will be sent by our trusted shipping partner DHL Express. DHL will provide you with the Brokerage Service required for the country you reside in.  If you live in the USA, you will need to pay Duty and Tax on orders over $800.00.  If you live in another country, Duty and Tax may or may not be applicable.

DHL will contact you directly by the email you provided to collect the duty and tax on your behalf and clear your package for you. DHL will also advise you if they need any other information to ensure the smooth clearance of your package.

Shipped orders not accepted by the customer prior to delivery are subject to a restocking fee of $150*USD. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any Duty and Tax, return shipping fees and the restocking fee due to the refusal of the shipment will be deducted prior to refund.
