Refund policy
All sale items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or refunds. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged with in 7 Days, 7 days will be calculated upon delivery/pick up of online purchases. In-Store returns/exchanges apply to date of purchase in store.
We are not able to offer price adjustments on further reduced inventory.
Please contact us to initiate an online return/exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with original packaging. Once the return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For in-store purchases, please contact the Calgary store directly at calgary@katekingjewellery.com or return with your purchase to our store within 7 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchange such as earrings, special orders or personalized items, books and oracle/tarot decks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
