Care and Maintenance Instructions

Upon your purchase you will receive an email describing your gemstone and its properties. Included are detailed care and maintenance instructions. Please read this carefully. We recommend and sell “Organically Yours” Jewellery Cleaner.  Do not cleanse stones set into sterling silver or gold with salt. The salt acts as an oxidizer and will tarnish the metal. For this reason we recommend that the jewellery should NOT be worn in the ocean or swimming pool.

Please note that Silver is a soft metal and normal wear and tear will require that you have the piece inspected regularly and ensure that it is in good order. Since the level of wear and tear on a piece is based on frequency of use and an individuals own practices this will vary. Inspection may find things like loose prongs and will need maintenance. You may bring or send your piece to us and we will assist in assessing the work estimate for you (at your expense).

Gemstones collect energy when you are wearing them so it is very important to cleanse them. If you don’t clean and charge your gemstones they will become energetically dormant.  Simply place your piece with the cleaning and charging kit after you are finished wearing your gemstone. If you miss a clearing and activation, do it when you can to be sure your stone is vibrating at the highest frequency.

Recharge Moldavite by exposing it to direct sunlight for 30 minutes per week.

Your gemstones are like a toolkit. Each stones can be used at different times to support you in your daily program. Please refer to our magazine to understand how each stone will support you in your daily life.

Warranty

There is a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
Your Warranty requires the jewellery is cleaned with a professional jewellery cleaner made for pearls and fine jewellery.  The Warranty is void if any other cleaners are used including silver dip, chemical silver cleaners, or ultra-sonic cleaners.
Personal wear and tear and gold plating wear is not covered under warranty. Body chemistry and body oils varies by individuals and wear is also dependent on frequency of use. These conditions and the effect on your jewellery is not covered under warranty.
If the jewellery is dropped or damaged the Warranty is void.

Repair

If you damage your jewellery, we will be happy to assist you in having your jewellery repaired to it’s original condition. Please contact us and we will provide you with an estimate for the repair. This is also applies to maintenance care, please see above to Care and Maintenance. You will be responsible for any shipping charges to us, if applicable. Please contact us prior to shipping to obtain the correct address for the return.

Exchange/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 7 days. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

Any merchandise purchased in a store or a Vibrational Consultant should be returned to the original point of sale. Please contact where you purchased the jewellery to arrange. Our jewellery is Vibrational Jewellery and cannot be exchanged or returned after 7 days. 
Online purchases: If you would like to return an item purchased from our online shop please contact us  at shop@katekingjewellery.com for approval within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have not received an approval we may not be able to refund your item.
Shipping fees, if applicable are non refundable.
Return shipping is at the customers expense. We recommend expedited, traceable and fully insured methods of delivery, for your protection.
All sales are final 7 days after shipping manifest indicates delivery was completed.
Our jewellery is Vibrational Jewellery and cannot be exchanged or returned after 7 days.
